You like some of our tour itineraries, but would like to reshape it according to your travel needs and wishes? Absolutely, no problem.
All tours that are found on this website can easily be reshaped to meet your needs and travel preferences. We have designed them as an example according to our experience based on wishes of individual travelers in Croatia and Balkans.
We would be happy to design a personalized tailor made tour in Croatia and/or neighboring countries according to your preferences. We cover 12 Central European countries: Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Bulgaria, Italy, Austria, Hungary (you would be surprised but in most of those countries people speak the same or similar language to Croatian).

After submitting a “trip request form” with the basic information about the tour you would like to have, we’ll schedule a complimentary call (or we can continue communication via email) with you and our experienced travel designer to learn more details about your next Hello Croatia vacation.
We’ll use our extensive expertise in Croatia and Balkans and all our creativity to craft an itinerary that entirely fits your needs and interests.
You will receive a preliminary itinerary. Then we continue working closely with you to refine all the details of your trip until you are sure it is your dream vacation itinerary.
You will receive a tailor made itinerary including all the details about your accommodations, experiences, places to visit, as well as all logistic information (transfers, driver guide…) and some additional useful information for your stay.
After we agree on the final version of the tour, we make the Final itinerary proposal with the time option (depending on the availability of resources).
To confirm the tour, it is requested to pay 30% of the total amount, this amount is to be paid within the time option specified in the Final itinerary proposal.
The remaining amount is to be paid at latest 10 days before the start of your tour (unless specified differently in advance).
Upon receiving the final payment, travel documentation is sent to the clients, usually within a couple of days.
While on the tour, our agent would be available 24/7 assisting when and if needed.
